We want you to love how your frames fit and feel, so if our Nerdwax products don't keep your glasses perfectly in place, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.
Pack and Ship
Securely place the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
